At Berhampore Swimming Club, we strive to offer the best possible training experience for all our students. We understand that plans can change, and we have developed the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness and transparency for everyone.
1. Cancellation by the Club

If a class or training session is canceled by the club due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., maintenance, coach unavailability, weather conditions), we will:

Arrange a make-up session, or

Offer a pro-rated refund for the canceled session(s), if a make-up session is not feasible.

2. Cancellation by the Student

Before Course Start Date:

Full refund if canceled at least 3 days prior to the start date.

25% administrative fee will be deducted if canceled within 3 days of the start date.

After Course Start Date:

No refund will be issued once the course has commenced, except in case of serious medical conditions or emergencies, subject to approval and submission of valid documentation.

3. Missed Classes

No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for missed classes due to personal reasons, including travel or schedule conflicts.

In case of medical emergencies, students may be offered make-up classes at the discretion of the club management, based on availability and supporting documents.
4. Transfer of Enrollment

Enrollment is non-transferable. Students cannot transfer their course registration to another person.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method.
