These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment and participation in programs at Berhampore Swimming Club.
1. Registration & Fees

All students must register via our website or in person.

Full payment must be made to confirm enrollment.

Fees are non-transferable.
2. Code of Conduct

Students must follow all pool rules and instructor directions.

Misconduct may lead to suspension without refund.

Parents/guardians must ensure punctual drop-off and pick-up.
3. Health & Safety

Students must declare any medical conditions during registration.

The club is not liable for injuries arising from undisclosed health issues.

Emergency contact details must be accurate and updated.
4. Liability
While we take all precautions, participation is at your own risk. The club is not responsible for:

Accidental injuries or illnesses not due to negligence
5. Photos & Media
We may capture photos/videos during sessions for promotional purposes. Please inform us in writing if you do not wish to be included.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to change schedules, fees, or instructors. Notifications will be provided in advance.
